Why is T-Mobile Scared of Truphone?

Just like the cable and DSL companies have fought VoIP providers, now cellular providers are now trying to restrict VoIP content and voice providers. It is strange that you can get unlimited plans from communications providers for internet access, but the phone companies always want to charge by the minute for voice. This is really a scam because voice and data are being carrier over the same communications lines. One day in the near future we will all be paying one monthly fee for all our communications access services. The only thing stopping us from doing this today is our communications providers.
