Interesting class action suit over the way UPS back charges UPS stores for differences in shipping charges for dimensional weighing. Most small package carriers are starting to use dimensional weighing as alternative way to charge for oversize or extra light packages. Looks like UPS stores lose if they charge customers only by weight of package.
