Good article on the state of employment. What was interesting is when you look at which skills are in demand now-a-days you have to look at things globally. Employers for a long time have gone overseas where both skilled and unskilled labor is cheaper than in the U.S. But now, semi-skilled and skilled labor is in short supply everywhere.
