This is disconcerting when we are up to 44 tips on how to protect ourselves from phishing and ID theft. I just received a new type of phishing attack the other day. It looked like an e-mail from eBay saying I had won an auction bid for a camera and it was time to pay. It looked awful official, but I had not bid on a camera. I’ll remember in the future to login to my eBay account before paying for an item in the future.
