Oklahoma Wesleyan University is auctioning tuition, room and board on eBay. Normally tuition, room and board runs $23,000 dollars a year at this private school. This a great deal for students, but not sure what the university is getting out of this beside publicity. Note: even if prospective student wins they must meet entrance requirements.
