Younger consumers prefer online banking

The bank branch office may soon be a thing of the past going the same way as the Ma and Pa general stores.

Digg post: “Among customers age 18 to 34, online banking was the first choice of 35 percent of the survey respondents followed by ATMs, which drew 33 percent. Just 17 percent of this age group said going to a bank branch was their top choice.”
