Personally, I do not give out too many gifts outside the family. I can understand giving gifts to like your housekeeper or someone that provides you an extra special service for you like your barber.
I cannot understand why anyone would give a gift to the newspaper person. Nothing against newspaper persons (I don’t even get a newspaper), but even when I use to receive a newspaper I did not think getting my newspaper delivered just right made much difference in my life. My apologies in advance to newspaper people, but it is the truth.
