This is a great resource site. I could have used this for Alltel recently. No one in my family has any association with Alltel, but my bank statement showed a debit card charge with Alltel for $159.95. After talking to my bank, they said I needed to get with Alltel to get the charges reversed. I tried several times to get through to Alltel, but I could not get through the phone tree because I did not have the cell phone number associated with the erroneous charge. I finally called Alltel’s new service option, got a live operator, and asked for the fraud department. This got me in touch with an Alltel fraud investigator that was very helpful.
