The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the U.S. Congress are looking into how secure our phone records are with telecommunications providers. There are quite a few information brokers online that offer other people’s phone records for a price.
It is hard to believe that our phone records are so easily to get and there are not uniform laws in place to protect our personal phone records. The good news is that it looks like more laws will be in place in the future to protect our phone records.
