Accused Man Offered Charity Web Site Phishing Kits For Fellow Scammers
A 20-year-old man is accused of creating a bogus American Red Cross website to scam Hurricane Katrina donors. He also sold phishing kits for $150 each to other potential scammers. 56 different people downloaded the phishing kits presumably to start up bogus web sites to solicit charitable causes and then pocket the donations.
