Majority Disatisfied With Their Wireless Service

A new survey tells us that only 45% of wireless customers are satisfied with their cellular service. Customer’s biggest dissatisfaction is with being locked into a long-term service agreement. I know that is my wife’s biggest issue with cell phone plans. She uses a prepaid phone. She gets less minutes, but no surprise bills and she can change service at any time.
