Home Business TV Ads - Scam or Opportunity?
I have seen the same type of home business TV ads over the last couple of years. The TV ads refer to different web site names, but basically they have the same sales pitch. The TV actor says that they made this many thousands of dollars this month and they expect to make even more next year all from working from their computer. If you go to the www.xcareer.com site (or various other web sites with home business-type domain names), the site has only one page asking you to fill out contact information. The web site also has many pictures of various material possessions we all want (cars, vacations, mansions, happy people, etc.) and various quotes from leading publications about the opportunities of a home business.
You have to ask what is going on. All the actors look too happy and they give you the impression that you will be making thousands of dollars just by filling out the form on their web site. If this is a scam, it is unbelievable how these TV ads and web sites can stay online. You would think the Government or TV networks would take these home business TV ads off the air.
Well here is what is going on. Prospect Performance and Guerra Communications, LLC are behind the home business TV ads and web sites. Their real business is to generate home business leads for any multi-level marketing (MLM) organization or marketer that will pay for the home business leads. I assume Prospect Performance and Guerra Communications, LLC can stay in business because they are just promoting the idea of owning a home business. The third-party MLM marketer that buys the lead is on the hook for helping the prospects to make thousands of dollars a month with a home business. My opinion is that your money and time would be better spent playing the lottery.
